Adam, I just went back to check respond #695 that I wrote on 2/28/96. Looks like my guess at that time is correct. Their firm probably spend last month accumulating IDT. If you check back the news, the analysts did not comment on his downgrade at that time. And now in less than 2 months time, they change their mind and upgrade again (very suspicious). I feel sorry for those people who sold it last time when they downgraded this stock. I hope you were accumulating that stock and making money now. Sincerely, Getrich...
