This is all true. THese fence lines are not negotiated but unilaterally (there's that word again) decided by Israel. Did the year 2000 ever happen? Tell me again, what was Arafat's last offer, I forget? If one side won't negotiate, the other will eventually act. This fence will creat borders which enclose enclaves. Cages around reservations. No, it will just the biggest settlements. If the Palestinians don't like it, Abu Mazen might want to consider negotiating, and not with suicide bombers.
