Richard, you are right. Some might say 60 days is way too fast, including me. It would be nice if they can find someone highly competent and well qualified in 60 days, but I would much rather have them take their time and get a really top notch leader than have them announce an arbitrary deadline and settle for less than the best. Whoever they recruit can make or break the company. I don't want to see them cut any corners here! There is no guarantee that they will even be able to find the right person before April stockholder's meeting, but they will be under intense pressure to have someone to present to the stockholders then. Ideally, whoever they recruit should be on board by early March so he or she will be in on AndroVir's intorduction to the market. Perhaps they can hire someone by the end of February and have a few weeks as a transition period for the new President to learn the ropes before Rhodes steps down. I don't remember anywhere in the release that it stated that they would wait until April before hiring a new CEO.
