Sorry I'm so dumb...but what are PING and TRACERT? Are they programs or some kind of website you go to to show how you got somewhere? Any enlightenment would be appreciated! I tend to agree with you that most of what has been reported on this thread has not been Schwab itself but ISP related, so any more information about this would help us all.
