---------- RMGG BASIC INFORMATION ----------

COMPANY SUMMARY:
RMGG (incorporated in 1996) owns a drug company/factory in mainland China which has just begun production. They are processing and selling American ginseng and Canadian honey products, without having to joint venture or go through middlemen as before. The GMP status of the factory will also allow for exporting from China. All necessary licenses (ginseng is classified as drug there) have been acquired.
Product expansion into pharmaceuticals and other healthy food products is expected, as are joint ventures with other companies wishing to enter the Chinese market.
Pat Rost (IR) and Jerry Simek (M&A consultant) are working with the company.
Recent major sales contracts:
1. Supplying ginseng to a 500-plus store drugstore chain, estimated to bring in more than $500,000 US per year initially. (Nov. 29 PR)
2. Supplying all of RMGG's products to a food wholesaler that owns 100 supermarkets and supplies 400 other stores (and who will sell them on their website), estimated to bring in more than $500,000 US per year initially. (Dec. 1 PR)

WEBSITE:
The current website will be replaced soon and the information on it will be updated:
direct.ca

NEWS RELEASES:
marketwatch.newsalert.com
(BigCharts has more PR's but the Nov. 8 PR is missing, and RMGG's website has many PR's.)

REVENUE ESTIMATES:
The Nov. 3 news release states "Projected sales of RMGG's traditional products for the fourth quarter of 1999 are 281,640 U.S. with a net profit of 65,350 U.S." and the company has stated sales estimates of $4 - $8 million for the factory's first year.
Don't know if these figures include those from the 2 recent sales contracts, which total $1,000,000 US per year initially.

ABOUT AMERICAN GINSENG, WHICH IS DIFFERENT THAN ASIAN GINSENG:
direct.ca
agric.gov.ab.ca
(The Alberta site mentions that American ginseng is more expensive than Asian. I called GNC (the health food store in malls), and a 90-cap bottle of American costs $27.99, whereas 90 caps of Korean ginseng (their most expensive Asian ginseng) costs $14.99, as of Nov. 24.)

FINANCIALS:
RMGG has stated they will be SEC-reporting well before their deadline -- probably by the first of the year.
The current quarter (Q4) will be the first quarter with substantial revenue.
RMGG has had some revenues before now (from selling American ginseng) which have gone into building the new (GMP standards) factory which is just starting production.
The Dec. 31, 1998 audited financial statements are available (net loss of $.03 per common share.)
