Paul, It all makes sense. But I see only two things to be gained by an Intel bull cashing in rather than converting the warrants in '98:

1. Delay payment of capital gains tax until sale of converted common.
2. Buying the common thru conversion saves on commission.

So if one were an iffy Intel bull in '98, cashing in wouldn't be such a bad choice, right?
