Ken, I saw the reference to the FDIC. I have no information on this. I believe I would have heard about it from a friend of mine who also follows Ambase. Glenfed is pursuing its damage suit and nothing has come out to indicate that the FDIC is involved as a plaintiff. The price of Ambase today is reflective of the cash and receivable from Home Holdings that Ambase has. I don't think we will see any major moves until the damage suit is announced. Please let me know if you hear anything new. Dave
