The web site (www.mbhc.com) will allow investors to access company information such as stock price information, new investment offerings, earnings releases, SEC filings, and the annual report. The site also includes a summary of the Company's subsidiaries with links forwarding the visitor to the subsidiary's individual web site and a feedback form which will allow the Company to respond to the comments of investors, customers, and visitors. Furthermore, the site includes links to ChaseMellon Shareholder Services, the company's stock transfer agent of record, which will allow stockholders to change address information, request duplicate IRS 1099 forms, and other stock related issues.
