Let's do a little math. I have decimal problems, sometimes. IMMC owns 25% of BIO in Canada. IMMC owns 100% of itself because BIO doesn't in this example. Say X is a dollar both in Canada and in USA ...close enuff without use of decimals. ADDED:::" ...The Company acquired a 25% interest in the commercial rights on the DIAB II drug for all territories outside of China. BiOTECH Holdings, Ltd., a Canadian pharmaceutical company, controls the worldwide patent, manufacuring, distribution, and marketing rights on DIAB II. DIAB II alleviates the ongoing ill effects from Type II Diabetes. IMMUNIS receives 25% of profits from all BiOTECH sales in predetermined market segments....".Yesterdays close on ( fri ) IMMC was $2.00 and BIO was a Buck and Change. What do we have interpolated, the fact that it does not blow me away that one is X and one is a half X. Maybe just say, I NEED SOME MORE IMMC, and that is that. I don't know about PENNE or Wenworth, but Wentworth is a name that maybe what you meant, I have no clue there.

From that NEWS::
"..After the SEC has approved the filing document the stock will resume be
quoted on the OTC BB under the symbol IMMC.

For those of you who have been following the ImmuNis story for a while you
know that IMMC's potential is tied very closely to the performance of
Biotech Holdings (OTC:BB "BIOHF").

The news on Biotech Holdings has continued to be good as they make progress
in bringing DIAB II to distribution. BIOHF have made strong gains in recent
days.

Over 80% appreciation in the last 7 days. On the first trading day of the
year the shares closed at $0.54 US. The stock closed on Tuesday, January 11
at $0.71 US and Weds day's close at $0.92 US with a high of $0.99. Volume
has increased from under 100,000 shares a day to just over 500,000 on Weds
day.

There has been no new news. However, we think that the market is telling us
something about the future of both of these companies. While the shares of
IMMC may be less visible now, they may represent an opportunity for an
informed investor.

A BETTER Discription is at the Home Page of IMMC:
"..owns interest and invests in developing health care modalities that address health problems afflicting populations in both developing countries and western nations. The Company acquired a 25% interest in the commercial rights on the DIAB II drug for all territories outside of China. BiOTECH Holdings, Ltd., a Canadian pharmaceutical company, controls the worldwide patent, manufacuring, distribution, and marketing rights on DIAB II. DIAB II alleviates the ongoing ill effects from Type II Diabetes. IMMUNIS receives 25% of profits from all BiOTECH sales in predetermined market segments. IMMC created an opportunity through well-timed corporate initiatives to receive compensation with little to no capital exposure. The Company's revenues, less expenses, will continue to exceed a 60% margin.

IMMC

ImmuNis (OTC BB "IMMCE" or OTC "IMMC")will start trading in the over the
counter market on Thursday, January 13, 2000. The symbol will be IMMC.
Quotes are available from a number of web sites. www.bloomberg.com provides
an excellent format for OTC electronic quotations.

The OTC market will provide less visibility for the trading activity compared
to the bulletin board. However, this does not change the potential for the
shares.

In a press release issued by the company on January 12, 2000 management
stated that they expected the Form 10 to be filled with the SEC in the next 5
to 10 days. This will make detailed financial information available to all
investors.

After the SEC has approved the filing document the stock will resume be
quoted on the OTC BB under the symbol IMMC.

For those of you who have been following the ImmuNis story for a while you
know that IMMC's potential is tied very closely to the performance of
