I believe Dell is oversolded and the DELL will bounce in the afternoon even before the NEWS is out. As usual, DELL will surprise the street again.

My theory, the opposite of the pump and dump routine. A new strategy is out on Wall Street. Spread negative news the pump. As a result, this bad news scares new fund managers trying to make a name for them selves and new investors from the market. The smart money buyers buys on dips instead of dumping. Then, in a few weeks, take profits then start the cycle again. In short, just the opposite of the old pump and dump routine.

Regards,
Al
