Boy, did you have the same problem trying to reach their IPO desk as I had to make an offer? Spent nearly two hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Then she took another 30 minutes to go through questions and explanations. I will be really pi**ed if I did not get any shares after all that trouble.

Also, is Schwab serious about their 30 day hold recommendation?
