That might explain the lack of price action in the stock. No reason to pump the stock price up when neither party has an interest in altering the terms of the reverse merger via price fluctuations. If anything, they will have an interest in keeping the stock price relatively stable until the transaction is completed.

I'll check it out when they do the deal and then reassess the trading opportunities.
