United Communications Partners is far from the .50+ of yesteryears BUT it is showing signs of a small recovery. Admittedly, the Bid/Ask range is often large and the volume still relatively low. Today's close above .002 may not look like much but it was possible to buy Under .001, these past 5 days. Rumors and some board activity elsewhere may help. Remember this Company has revenues and its Scandinavian activities seem to be going OK. Worth some DD and, at least, a good Watch... alen
