Al, I didn't mean to imply that the lawsuit was good, I was only pointing it out for news sake. I'm not sure what it really means or what they will get out of it. I would hate to see them spend big bucks on legal fees instead of advertising or R&D. Digiphone does not use IRC , only point to point or PPP. As I understand it IRC (chat) is like a public forum and anyone can listen in on your call. RH
