The bottom line here is that PCCLF has enormous potential in the world's largest exploding market. PCCLF is obviously one of the early Asian players coupled with significant management capabilities. I, for one, wish I had bought AOL when its cap was where PCCLF is now. China has many more potential internet users than in the US. Yes, we're talking potential, but the potential and probability is there. The question is..."do you want to be on this train when it leaves the station"?
