Anyone here following the Morgan Stanley story with an opinion to share on it regarding the disgoragement of Discover Financial?

Doesn't seem to me that Discover will garner the cashet that Mastercard achieved. I have a few Morgan Stanley, and may yet hold on to the fewer DFS I receive. My preference now though is the "unencumbered" MS stock. I've added a little MSWD today to my position.
