You seem like a nice guy Jim, and you probably are excited about working on this new project - pay raise too I guess - I'm glad. But get real << guess I just don't want to see the merits of this important move on Novell's part (a good one I believe) oversahdowed by percentages of ownership >>. That is the point to me Jim. The only satisfaction (and money) I get from this deal is seeing Novl's price rise AND %%%%%%%%%%%%%% of ownership matters. No? And, I forgot to ask before - Will Novl get free and unrestricted access to all developments / patents / etc from Novonyx? Thanks - Matt
