I've done a little research and found the following:

First Call reports mean EPS estimates as follows:

FY1996 $1.42
FY1997 $0.93
FY1998 $1.53

Zacks reports mean EPS estimates as follows:

FY1996 $1.48
FY1997 $1.02

S&P reports FY1997 EPS estimate of $1.35.

I'm relatively new to investing and am having trouble interpreting
these numbers. On the one hand, if price follows earnings, it would
appear that, in the near term at least, there is not much chance
for price appreciation. On the other hand, IDTI appears to be a
good value based on its balance sheet and tangible book value/share.
In addition, the whole fusion technology appears to be a wild card
at this point and my not have been counted into the EPS estimates.

I bought in January at 12 1/2, and am considering adding to my
position. Can someone interpret these numbers and provide some
guidance on growth v. value? Also, if the SRAM being produced
by the fusion technology is essentially a faster, cheaper
replacement for DRAM, what kind of demand is there for this
product and how could it boost IDTI's EPS?
