the handle is forming, which is similar to PPD (high 23 low 11, handle is forming at 17; Axc with high 15, low 6, handle is forming at 9-10.5 region). Handle forming is essential for the large dip (50%) technically. scare away or wear away weak hands and momentum players... interesting.. PL
