Hi Jeff
Russia may be a little deceiving as a market, it rose 5% last week based on one stock, the countries largest oil company. The market wasn't even open other than trading on that single stock. Close attention will be paid to Japan, it has rallied as I write this note into positive territory. I would be very suprised if we did not get somewhat of a bounce tomorrow, however I think it will be short lived. There are many other Russia's out there ready to reveal their stories. Investors must see a bottom as in the domino reaction of devaluation must end to stabilize currencies. It is difficult for that to happen in these countries as you can understand as when a neighbor knocks the value of their currency down, it effects the others economy.

All for now!
Darrell
