Brings back memories of the lawsuit against American Power Conversion. Stock goes down, negative product news, and company officers simultaneously selling stock to fix the roof on their house. Was an excellent, sweet buying oppurtunity! Lots of bad press but not much legal damage. I would think White was like analysts parroting, extrapolating if you will, the prior company success. I'm not a legal begal, and I know the laws are changing regarding information liability but it sounds like post hoc ergo proter hoc to me? I look upon this as good news long term unless the suit has solid damaging financial merit. What a bunch of pussy shareholders! I'd like to see them work 100 hours a week running a company and be able to project the future. Of course, I'm assuming here that White and company are people of integrity.
