Dwight, I can be sarcastic as well as ironic, but what's the point? The traditional means of dealing with that situation was orphanages, and that's how China, Russia, and numerous other places still work. Cider House Rules, an orphan or an abortion. Here, there used to be AFDC, which worked out to be a lot cheaper than the $60k/year to put a kid through Newt's old favorite, Boy's Town. There's not much left of AFDC now. You tell me where they go.

Or is this supposed to be a modest proposal? On the other hot button issue of the day, Hitler tried it with homosexuals.
