Saban clearly not a fan of NIL or the portal.

Maybe he didn't plan it that way, but his departure does demonstrate a problem exists in the rules... allowing a school being harmed by the departure of a coach... to also suffer the loss of its players... or even the whole team ?

Agree with you that "the way things are heading" helped him make the decision.

If you don't love what you're doing any more ? I think you could see that this year.
