The vote was in favor of stricter speed limit rules.

So, now for round 2.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
If anyone posts on the thread more than 20 times within a calendar day (the "violation day"), they are in violation of the speed limit rule. If anyone PM's or emails the moderator about the violation on the violation day or the day after it, the moderator will implement a suspension. If the moderator notices the violation on his own, no PM or email is necessary.

Suspension period will be 48 hours if the violator was allowed to post (i.e., not suspended from posting) during every day of the week prior to the violation.

Otherwise the suspension period will be one week.

The speed limit rule is suspended on the day of and day after earnings and major conference calls.

Any posts about violations or suspensions on the main thread are off topic and subject to discipline.
