Just got my annual note from "Dr. Dan", U.S. Executive Officer, The J.F. Kapnek Trust. He thanked me for having made a donation much larger than the one which I actually made. I know what that means.... he's giving me an indication of the 2018 total donated from our contest participants. Holy moly! Big number. "Dear Rick, Thank you for your very generous support. Between you and your friend (you know who you are)'s contributions, we were able to continue expansion of our child health programming and start construction of a new clinic for disabled children next to Harare Children's Hospital. Thanks again, Dan" (Daniel Robbins was my son's pediatrician. I've followed -- and contributed to -- the Trust for over two decades.) In the body of the letter.... "Your support has made it possible to continue our work providing nutrition, healthcare, and an early preschool experience for 21,000 young children. In addition..... (mentions several of their programs)." THANK YOU! Rick
