what i don't like are kids who's parent could afford to pay medical insurance but do not. they tell their kids away at college to go to hospital emergency if they are sick. With the instructions , they got to take care of you. then the kids skip out on the bills. This way a single parent avoids paying for a family policy. they should be required to work off the bills at the hospital with this scam.
