Could mean that SI is "premier" when taking into consideration both subscriber base and quality of the posts. Unlike the eminent free posting services, GNET actively monitors its posts in enforcing a code of conduct. You don't see the spamming and vulgar language here that are omnipresent on, say, the Yahoo threads.
