Regarding the FED

In my honest and humble opinion, I truly believe that the fed can and will only lower interest rates by 25 basis points. Any more than that would absolutely devastate Japan, which just anounced that they're on the brink of bankruptcy. In addition, as Sharck pointed out, the unemployment was not as bad as previously thought. Greenspan's main concern is Japan and the impact of a 50pt basis cut on the world economy. He just can't Fu** things up more than they already are.

On another note, the astro for March 20 indicates that people will be disapointed, perhaps by the fed's actions. But, as always.....only time will tell. Good luck to all.
