INFE does puzzle me, why sell when the company is buying shares?!?

1. The company has announced that it plans to buy back shares; there's no indication that it's actually done so, or, in fact, that it ever will. It's not at all unusual for management to change its mind about buybacks.

2. Only a few weeks ago INFE could have bought back shares at a price far lower that the one that obtained when the buyback was announced. At that time the stock had already begun to slide off its highs. Makes one wonder whether the announcement is meant only to support the price.
