But when you run the numbers... well it works! So I am thinking strongly about starting out on the put side. Essentially taking exactly the same stance as you, vis-a-vis monetizing your beach house... although I would be hedged not to own the beach house I rent out, whilst you are hedged never to have to sell it. Our tenants might even be neighbors! John
