I can't logon to Quote.com with Charts 4.0 at all. I'm using the new password Quote.com supplied to me, God knows why they decided to give me a new password. I even called customer server to make sure my credit care info was correct. Yet, now I keep receiving the following message:

Logon Failed: User account not found.

I tried to delete my ContinuumClient.ini file - still no help. Im not spelling the password incorrectly and caps lock not on, etc.

What's the deal?
