I'll believe in positive developments in the Congo, in any number of projects, when real work is happening at the Kolwezi Tailings, and when foreign corp's are making money SIDE BY SIDE the native population. Once there is a history of mutually successful enterprise that benefits real people in addition to the elites in-country and abroad, there will be an explosion of interest in and business opportunities deriving from numerous continental African resources. Right now a deal, even if it is a big deal, is just more meaningless words. When Imran and others start telling us about new trucks and rail lines and jobs and more foreigners, and new housing, roads, and so forth, I'll believe things are changing finally. I just don't think we'll see that happening very soon. I wish everyone luck, though.
