>>Am I wrong to think volume should increase as we approach earnings?
Comment: The Company did its dog and pony show to the street (Aug-Dec)?) pursuant to its secondary offering and the street simply did not listen. There are 3 Buy and one Strong Buy recommendation out (from $13-$16/share?) and, again, [the street] appears not to be listening/cares. The street simply is not buying into this deal...in light of this and given Q4 represents 50% of this Company's revenues, it is now understandable trading would be light leading up to numbers release, esp given a 2 million share float, effectively no institutional ownership, with a ~$13/share support level.
Obviously, for the street to now buy in to this deal, Q4/fiscal 97 numbers simply have to be significant, as in positive revenue/earnings surprise(s), at the very least...
The street, also, cannot be impressed with this Web site/Formula 1 situation... |
