Michael, You may not directly lie but statements like the following push it to the limit: Shareholder value.......in this stock is an oxymoron. What value is there in a company who can only make money as a result of debt forgiveness. How many of the 10-Q's did you read? Only the 3rd quarter included "debt forgiveness." The other two quarters clearly showed a profit.
