Kevin, I agree with you with your response to Jonas. I have visited the Phoenix office twice. I have met Ira and Arif. John Fairbanks,has visited the Houston office. Jake, Leroy, David and others have gone to the New York office and met Ira. Firmada has offices and employees and are fully operating Firmada has likely had to provide financials information to the IRS, ATXI, Wexford Capital, LLC. ATXI just announced that they have signed a Letter of Intent with FAMH. In their previous press release, they said they would not discuss the merger further until they had looked at FAMH's financials information. Well guess what, they HAVE now signed a Letter of Intent. So what does that tell you. Cheryl
