each gas/mineral company has different production capabilities and efficiencies. the same 200M stockpile therefore will yield different results for different companies...but one thing for certain is market value of these commodities is market value...the price that the market will be willing to pay for these commodities and that is in excess of $200M. macker is right about the land and other goodies, in my humble opinion, you would have to be LOCO (crazy) to sell for less than $3 and maybe even loco to sell for less than $4. go ICVI dwlima It does not take a financial wizard to figure this one out
