Exactly, they were reading from something. To top it all off, on saturday night AOL service called me again and asked me if I would like to re-join since they installed several thousand new modems. I told them they should have had those modems in place back in November and told the guy no thank you, even if they were offerring 100 free hours. They stated that they were not going to do no new marketing for customers. I quess the way around that is start marketing to get back the old ones. It will neer get better. AOL is on it's way down.
