236.3 lbs again this week. Back to no drop. I have joined "24 Hour Fitness" and will start riding their bike tonight. They have changed their marketing from the old, "big upfront cost" to a $70 signup and $30 a month. I, like everyone else, tend to sign up and quit. So this makes it easier to join.

They have a facility a block from me, being remodeled, that has it's equipment facing the ocean through open spaces. I will be working out while I watch the surfers come in to the beach populated with Bikinied girls. Tough way to work out.
