Paul I disagree for 1 reason We do not know their capital structure. Please tell me: How much stock is outstanding? Please tell me how many are in the float? I am not saying there are, or are not convertibles. Im saying todays action smacks of something weird..and it was answered why and now Im happier. Not a sheep, Mark
