Craig there are a lot of signs of trouble, but compared to the super growth and lack of unemployment we've had for so long, of course this is going to appear to be the end of the world.

I think it's interesting to note that falling interest rates will likely to continue to ensure strong new housing starts. And when somebody buys a new house they go out and buy a lot of other stuff. This helps the economy. Sounds silly but it's true.

OTOH, personal banrupty filings are growing at a faster rate too.
