I agree....Zicam has stopped my cold's in their tracks also. I usually have 4 or 5 bad colds a year, so Zicam is a God send. Instead of being miserable for 2 weeks for each cold, I can cut it down to an unpleasant day or two.

I have all my friends and family using it now and all have had great results. My aunt who lives in Lubbock is in poor health and a bad cold could very easily turn into pneumonia, so she carries Zicam with her all the time and swears by it.
