He declared the bear market over after the fed cut, only to see the market collapse 250 points the next day. Ariba is never going back up. Etoys is never going back up. All this crap is never going back up. (dead cat bounces excluded, of course) 99% of the companies that were brought to the public markets via the naz over the last 3 years should have never gone beyond the cocktail napkin stage. J6P has been left holding the bag again, as always.
