OT To gnet management:
About 2 weeks ago, I sent an email regarding an old SI feature that has slipped thru the cracks with the new SI. As I have not received a response to this email, I am posting my request here.
In old SI, the Inbox contains PMs and public messages posted to the user. This is a very nice feature, as it enables one to review all messages posted to him/her, even when one lacks the time to read every post on every thread normally read.
In the new SI, only PMs show up in the Inbox. Thus, as I read perhaps a dozen threads, I have no convenient way of knowing if I have reviewed all messages posted to me.
As it is now, I am forced to use the old SI in order to retain this useful feature. Thus, I am also forced to rely on Yahoo Finance for news, charts, profiles and research, rather than use the new SI, which just as conveniently supplies this information.
