Considering this further dilution WKR-V has to be a much better buy. Approx. 1/2 the shares out and at about 1/2 the price, plus they have more properties in Nevada and they have the technical expertise to boot. I'm going to sell some CHI and buy some more WKR.

Anyone herd when the drills will be turning again on Indian Ranch?

Here's the release.......

Mr. Eric Wiltzen reports
William G. Bennett has purchased a total of 11.3 million units in the capital of the company by way of private placement. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share at a price of 41 cents per share in the first year and 50 cents per share in the second year. The issuance of the units will result in Mr. Bennett owning or exercising control over 11.3 million shares of the company representing 23.70 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company and holding warrants to purchase an additional 11.3 million shares in the capital of the company.
Mr. Bennett has acquired these securities for investment purposes. It is his intention to evaluate the investment in the company and to increase and decrease his shareholdings as circumstances require.
The company has now closed its recently announced private placement of 11.3 million units at the price of 41 cents per unit, to raise proceeds of $3-million (U.S.). The shares, warrants and any shares issued upon exercise of the warrants are subject to a hold period and may not be traded in B.C. until April 8, 1999 except as permitted by the Securities Act and the Rules made thereunder and the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
