shrub's schizophrenic administration.

First rumsfeld says Iran is the #1 terrorist state.
Then condi says Iran wouldn't interrupt oil exports because they need the money.

In the Middle East, the shrub administration is seen as the #1 terrorists. Their perspective on the matter comes from their own experience just as perspectives in the US come from our own experience.

So, if Iran is the #1 terrorist state, why does condi address their oil revenues in that fashion? Shouldn't she welcome the possibility of the cutoff of money flowing into Iran?

And, with oil averaging around $70/barrel for nearly a year now, Iran's cash position could probably absorb a hit on their current revenue stream far longer than the West could absorb a decrease in oil availability to the world market.
