Rob, access AOL through your local Provider. I was in your situation and did not have a local access number....
Here's what I did... I got snet.net connection for 19.95 unlimited
use and get into AOL by the back door! Dial into AOL as you
usually do then edit your location ..from HOME to TCP/IP . Then
exit AOL.. Log on to your provider and then click to return to windows
then click AOL logo and your on!
