Apple is suddenly intriguing to me.

Apple Market Capitalization: 361.784 MM shares out * $16.6875 = $6.037 Billion
Cash and short-term investments: $5.027 Billion
Stockholders' Equity: $4.107 Billion
Thus, Book per share: $11.35

Profitable ($170 million last quarter)

So the business cash flow costs you 16.6875-11.35 = $5.34

Apple Reports Fourth Quarter Profit of $170 Million

Could MacOS X Be 'Holy Grail'?

Mac OS X is important to them I would suspect. It is based off of FreeBSD (a highly regarded Unix).

I will study further. Please correct any mistakes.
