yes and the best is that they made $0.40 EPS going forward (on a future basis) having SOLD most of ther DCB division which had more than 12% gross margin. They sold it in Jan. 2003 but their statement reflects the profits of DCB and from its sale in a separate category ..

I would rule out the AMEX here. It's either NASDAQ or NYSE because the stock has been north of $5 for quite some time now...
