Frankly I am not sure how to answer your question, but my guess is this company is nothing more than a shill for those left running the company. I think the CEO figured out the board was crooked and left, leaving no one capable of building on the business structure which was left. I suspect they will use this as a shell to initiate their next scam. The existing board should be sent to Attica. Stock is likely more than 9 cents overvalued
