I regret getting the fish, now that he has popeye and is needing special care. I might let her get a pair of rats if she is persistent enough. I think she will stop asking when we get a new dog.

I knew someone who had a rabbit, they let it run around the house. It had a litter box like a cat and would thump it's hind foot whenever a stranger came over.
